Megan Zeller

Megan represents insurance carriers in coverage litigation involving all types of property insurance, where she advises clients on a broad range of matters relating to property damage arising out of weather-related events, builder’s risk issues, business interruption, and bad faith claims. Megan also represents insurance carriers in coverage litigation involving commercial general liability and auto liability policies. Megan has successfully handled both first-party and third-party claims at all stages of litigation, ranging from two-party cases to complex, multi-party cases. Megan also has extensive experience in handling first-party claims for carriers through the appraisal process. Megan regularly provides coverage advise to clients to assist with pre-suit strategy that focuses on early, cost-effective solutions for claims.
